ABOUT SELLER SQUASH

Fresh updates. A stronger seller community.

News, practical insights, and conversations for Amazon, Walmart, and e-commerce sellers.

A clearer view of the marketplace

Selling online means keeping up with a lot: policy changes, fulfillment requirements, product costs, and the decisions that shape your next launch or reorder. Useful information can be scattered across announcements, help pages, and conversations with other sellers.

Seller Squash brings seller news and practical explanations together in one place. Our goal is to help you understand what changed, who it affects, and what to check next.

Built around the needs of sellers

Our main focus is Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, with coverage of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms where it is relevant. We are building Seller Squash with private-label sellers and growing brands in mind.

Expect marketplace updates, policy and compliance explainers, fulfillment news, and practical insights into selling operations. Our News page brings that coverage together, while the Amazon and Walmart hubs make it easier to follow the platforms you use.

Our practical guides help sellers work through everyday decisions, from product research to checking profitability. We plan to add useful tools as the site develops.

How we approach our content

Clear, useful information is the starting point. Our editorial approach is to:

  • Start with the source. Link to official announcements and documentation where available, so you can inspect the information behind a story.
  • Explain the scope. Identify the marketplace, region, products, fulfillment methods, and dates that matter to an update.
  • Be clear about uncertainty. Distinguish confirmed facts from analysis, label hypothetical examples, and flag conflicting or incomplete information.
  • Make it practical. Explain the implications in plain language and point to useful checks without presenting every update as a crisis.
  • Correct substantive mistakes. Review reported errors and explain meaningful corrections or updates when they affect a reader’s understanding.

A public announcement may not include every requirement that applies to your business. When a policy is specific to an account or product, check the current platform documentation and the notices in your own seller account before acting.

A community that grows with you

Seller Squash is also a place to stay connected. The Community Newsletter brings seller updates to your inbox, and our WhatsApp group gives sellers a place to ask questions, compare experiences, and continue the conversation.

The newsletter and WhatsApp group are separate options. Choose the one that suits you, or take part in both.
